Management, Le Sage Riviera and the Company assumes no responsibility for loss of property left in autos, indoor accommodations, RV’s, or common areas during or after your stay. You are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for your RV and personal property. Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is found in violation of the Rules.
    • Le Sage Riviera adheres to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property.
    • You have read and agreed to follow Le Sage Riviera Park Rules sent to you on the confirmation email.
    • Authorization for using credit card: By submitting this registration request, you authorize all charges related to your stay on your credit card. If the information on this request is incorrect and your vehicle cannot fit in the space provided, you will forfeit your deposit if another space is not available that fits your RV. No refunds or credit will be given for early departure.

    You must show appropriate ID to obtain discount at check in
    IF appropriate ID cannot be shown at check in then discount will not be honored

    Minimum Stay:

    There is a three-night minimum stay for the following Holiday periods for the 2025 Season –

    • New Year’s Day January 1st
    • Memorial Day May 26th
    • Independence Day July 4th
    • Labor Day September 1st
    • Thanksgiving Day November 27th
    • Christmas Day December 25th
