• WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Management, Le Sage Riviera and the Company are not liable to guest or occupants for personal injury, damage or loss of personal property for any cause, including, but not limited to, fire, smoke, wind, sand, rain, water or pipe leaks, hail, ice, lightning, explosion, earthquake, interruption of utilities, theft or vandalism unless otherwise required by law. Management, Le Sage Riviera and the Company assumes no responsibility for loss of property left in autos, indoor accommodations, RV’s, or common areas during or after your stay. You are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for your RV and personal property. Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is found in violation of the Rules.
• Le Sage Riviera adheres to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property.
• You have read and agreed to follow Le Sage Riviera Park Rules sent to you on the confirmation email.
• Authorization for using credit card: by submitting this registration page, you have authorized us all charges related to your stay on your credit card. This also includes a right to charge damage deposit. All reports of damages and missing items will be investigated. If necessary, the Manager will notify you of the amount of your deposit retained to cover repairs or replacement. If the information on this request is incorrect and your vehicle can not fit in the space provided, you will forfeit your deposit. No refunds or credit will be given for early departure.
